Hospice & Palliative Care

When a loved one is facing a serious or life-limiting illness, families need more than medical care—they need comfort, presence, and support. Our Hospice & Palliative Care services are designed to work alongside your hospice team, focusing on comfort, dignity, and emotional support for both the client and their family.

What We Provide

  • Comfort-focused support
Gentle assistance with bathing, dressing, positioning, and hygiene to reduce discomfort and prevent skin issues.

  • Emotional and spiritual comfort
A calm, compassionate presence—someone to sit, listen, pray if requested, and simply be there so no one feels alone.

  • Medication & symptom support (non-clinical)
Reminders for prescribed medications and coordination with hospice nurses when there are changes in symptoms or needs.

  • Family support & respite
Short breaks for family caregivers to rest, shower, or sleep while we stay with your loved one and keep them safe and comfortable.

  • Meal and hydration assistance
Light meal prep or snacks if appropriate, and gentle encouragement with fluids and nourishment according to the care plan.

  • Coordination with hospice team
Communication with your hospice nurse or social worker (with permission) to share concerns, changes, or needs we observe.
